Mr. Hamuli is a registered professional engineer in Alberta (Canada) with over 17 years experience in energy industry regulations, lifecycle development and digital transformation.
Early in his career, He was responsible for coordinating the review and approval of major oil exploitation projects with a total value ranging from 500 million to billions of dollars with project lifespan going from 30 to 40 years. The review was focused on the project technical and financial feasibility, the impact on environment as well as economic and social development, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Mr. Hamuli worked for several years in senior technical leadership position at a major Canadian oil and gas company before joining an information technology company at a senior level reporting to its Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Hamuli currently serves as a board member (governance committee) for a large Calgary based non-profit organization.
Mr. Hamuli was born and raised in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta in 2005 and a master’s of Engineering from the University of Calgary in 2021.
He speaks four(4) international languages, enjoys outdoor running and dreams to build an orphanage in the DRC.

Mr. Strutt, B.Sc. (ME); M.Sc. (I&C); P.Eng, CCE.
Mr. Strutt has over 40 years of experience in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of domestic and international Oil and Gas Projects.
Following graduation With his M.Sc. degree in Instrument & Control Engineering from the City University In London, UK, he has taken on increasingly more responsibility working for both Operating companies and EPC firms.
During his career he has been employed as a Pipefitter, Instrument fitter, Mechanical design engineer, Project engineer, Field Construction engineer, Senior cost estimating engineer, Project services manager mainly with large EPC firms.
He possesses extensive experience in preparing all types of Capital Cost estimates, all levels of project schedules, and has served as the Principal Cost Controller on multi-million dollar valued capital projects.
Mr. Strutt has been a member of AACE International since 1988 and has served as the Calgary Section President, Director For Canada, and after earning his Certified Cost Engineer accreditation served on the International Board of Directors and was named a Fellow in 2003.
In 1992 he established His own consulting firm and worked as Principal Cost Engineer and Cost Consultant for A number of Alberta based EPC firms.
In 2019, he established his own EPC company, CAPAC Engineers and Constructors which holds an APEGA Permit to Practice.
His Dedication to quality, integrity, and the core principles of excellent corporate Governance are of paramount importance to himself and Alfajiri Energy Corp.

Theresa L. Watson, P.Eng. MBA, JD
Theresa Watson began her career in the field with Mobil Oil in 1986 with postings in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
In 1992 she started an independent consulting company, T.L.Watson & Associates Inc., offering expertise to the oil and gas industry and currently offers industry, individuals and governments expertise on liability and safety issues arising from carbon capture and storage, and oil and gas installations.
Ms. Watson was appointed as a Board Member of the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) in July 2009 and served as Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee until her departure June 2013. In 2021 she served as Interim CEO of carya, a large Calgary based non-profit organization. She currently sits as an APEGA councilor and as a carya Board member.
Ms. Watson has extensive local and international experience in long term liability and risk management, wellbore integrity, regulatory compliance, wellbore construction and the repair of problem wells, including severe gas migration and abandonments.
She has authored and presented several papers dealing with risk mitigation and prediction.
Ms. Watson received her Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) Degree from McGill University in 1987 an MBA from the University of Calgary in 2014 and JD (Law) from the University of Calgary in 2018.

Mr. Bindu is a highly experienced and commercially-aware executive with a diverse background in management and technical expertise. He is known for his strategic approach to IT leadership, engaging with key business stakeholders, clients, and partners to deliver cost-effective solutions and business process improvements.
With extensive experience in large-scale technical project delivery, business transformation, acquisitions and mergers, datacenter deployment, and technology roadmaps, Mr. Bindu is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the Information Services Consultancy, Banking Services, and IT Services provider industries.
Throughout his career, he has successfully managed, developed, and implemented various solutions, leading a wide variety of projects for numerous clients. Notably, Mr. Bindu has significant experience in deploying election automation projects in multiple countries, including Belgium, the United Kingdom, Italy, Bulgaria, Albania, Uganda, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Oman, and Armenia.

Mr. Kitenza is an Electrical Engineer professional with over 20 years of experience in the utility industry.
Mr. Kitenza holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in energy management.
He is a subject matter expert in protection and control of the electric transmission and distribution systems. He has extensive experience planning, designing, implementing, commissioning and maintaining Hydroelectric generation systems, combined cycle gas generators, wind generation, solar and battery storage systems, generation interconnection systems, distribution and transmission transformers, transmission and distribution lines.
Mr. Kitenza is a polyglot, with over five languages proficiency. He is a world traveler originally from the Congo. Mr. Kitenza believes in human power when they put their minds together for a common good. He has co-founded Mwinda Technologies, a company whose mission is to give power to the people by offering technology solutions for affordable energy and financial inclusion in the democratic republic of Congo and on the African continent.
Mr. Kitenza is a family man and lives in Sacramento, California.

Mr. Das is a Ph.D. candidate at the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology and the Memorial University of Newfoundland, respectively. His research work mainly focuses on analytical and numerical modelling of fluid flow in porous/non-porous continuum. He is currently working on devising new analytical and/or numerical models to describe the behaviour of CO2 pressure plumes in subsurface storage and the double-diffusion phenomena naturally occurring in deep lakes and oceans.

Mr. Sadeghi is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Calgary. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Petroleum University of Technology (PUT), Iran, and an M.Sc. degree in petroleum reservoir engineering from the Petroleum University of Technology and the University of Calgary joint program. He has ten years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Sadeghi’s research interests include mathematical modelling and simulation, phase behaviour, and carbon capture and sequestration. He is currently working on devising methods for the controlled extraction of dissolved gases such as methane and carbon dioxide from deep lakes to reduce the environmental impact of greenhouse gas emissions.
Mr. Anthony G. Cioni is the founder of CITO ENERGY group, a company that specializes in providing legal and commercial consulting services in both domestic and international energy fields. With his leadership, the company has grown from 2 to 10 professionals in a short period of time.
Anthony has an impressive track record of completing various projects, including but not limited to advising a Canadian company on a lease operation worth $220 million in Guyana, competing against Total. Additionally, he was a commercial advisor for the development of two torch gas conversion plants into aviation fuel in the United States, with a project worth of $500 million.
Prior to these projects, Anthony was a partner at Torys LLP between 2011 to 2017, where he helped grow the office from 8 to over 30 lawyers. His specialties were in issues related to oil and oilfield services, with a particular focus on Asia and South America. Before his tenure at Torys LLP, Anthony worked as a lead commercial negotiator at Husky Energy from 2006 to 2011, where he successfully negotiated gas sales contracts worth $12 billion to Hong Kong and China. Additionally, he worked at Salans (now Dentons) as a Senior Solicitor from 2002 to 2006, where he was in charge of leading the transaction department in Kazakhstan.
